Women's Ministries

Below are the ministries currently offered at Grace Presbyterian Church: 

Mom’s Morning Out (MMO): FREE! Nursery open every Tuesday 9:30-1:30. Attend a bible study, get your errands run, house cleaned, or your much needed rest. The morning is led by our nursery director and consists of free play, bible story time, craft time, snack, and outdoor play. Up to age 4, drop in whenever. Contact person: Lisa Griffing.

Ladies Night Out: 2nd Thursday each month 7pm. Join other women in a home or out on the town. A night away from children or mundane evenings. Locations differ each month-see bulletin/newsletter. Contact person: Susie Smith

W.E.L.L Ministry: (Women Equipping, Leading, Loving) Four main areas of ministry to either volunteer for or call on in a time of need.

• Outreach: Community Service opportunities. Contact Person is Sandy Vincent

• Congregational Care: Meals, Visitation and Visitor/New Member Outreach. Contact persons are Margie Cleaver and Fran Elkins

• Spiritual Care: Oversee Bible studies and prayer groups. Contact person is Melissa Cable

• Social Events: Plan Showers, Church Social Calendar, Ladies Night Out, PlayGroups, etc. Contact persons are Mary Jane Hoge and Chris Shipley.

Women’s Bible Study: W.E.L.L. Bible Study meets 1st and 3rd Tuesdays from 9:30-11:30. Currently studying “Loving God with All Your Mind”. Contact person: Melissa Cable for location.

Playgroup: Time to fellowship with other moms and their kids. Meets various Fridays throughout the year. Check calendar and announcements for next play group. Contact Person is Chris Shipley.
